Lenovo’s Sweet CES Releases
At the recently held Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Chinese computer manufacturing giant Lenovo launched a salvo of new products.
Lenovo showed of its IdeaPad s10-3t netbook, the Idea Centre B500 and the Lenovo G460, so we thought we would take the time and gives a brief over view of all three.

Without a doubt, the S10-3t netbook was the eye catching product for Lenovo at CES, largely because it incorporates a 10.1 in multi touch screen, that has the ability to rotate 180 degrees, turning the netbook into a tablet style device.
Instead of using the usual pressure touch technology that most consumers have become familiar with, Lenovo’s S10-3t uses proprietary NaturalTouch responsive fingertip technology. This makes the touch screen easier to use according to Lenovo, forgoing the requirement to press down hard, making interaction far simpler.
The netbook is powered by an Intel Atom N450 processor, comes with 1GB DDR2 SDRAM and has 250GB of storage space.

The second product Lenovo launched at CES was the G460, which comes with 2GB RAM and a 320 GB SATA hard disk, running on an Intel Core i3-330M processor
The backlit screen is a fairly generous 14.1 inch and the machine runs a nVdia eForce 310M (512MB) graphics processor, which will make gamers very happy.
For those of you who prefer to play games or watch HD movies on a larger screen, the G460 also includes HDMI slots and comes with a DVD-RW dual-layer burner.

Lenovo’s final release is the IdeaCentre B500, its all in one computer offering that runs on Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400S (2.66GHz) processor and 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM.
Gamers will love this piece of hardware because it comes with the extremely powerful nVidia GeForce GT240M 1GB graphics card.
The screen size is 23 inch and is a full HD widescreen display, that makes regular computing enjoyable, whilst also facilitating HD content playback
Complementing the graphics are the B500’s integrated JBL speakers for an added audio boost. There is also a built-in TV tuner that allows the B500 to receive terrestrial TV transmissions.
